After a registration issues, to keep the registration valid, the trademark owner must file renewal documents and fees at regular intervals between the 5th & 6th years after the initial registration date. Future renewal must then take place between the 9th and 10th anniversaries of the registration date.

Once we have reviewed your application and contacted you, our attorneys will conduct a comprehensive federal, state and common law search to uncover any potential conflicts.
After conducting a comprehensive search, within 5 business days we will draft an opinion letter discussing any potential conflicts.
If our attorneys determine your trademark is likely to be granted registration, we will draft and file a trademark application with the USPTO, along with the $325 filing fee (per each class of goods/services).
